Understanding Conflict

We’ve heard from the InnerSource Commons community that sometimes conflicts can arise between collaborators in InnerSource projects or as we try to roll out InnerSource practices in large, complex organizations. This talk will offer a fresh framework for understanding why we have conflict in the workplace; why conflict can be healthy and also introduce some useful concepts around actively developing good relationships and resolving conflict in a productive way.
