Summit Inclusion & Accessibility
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at InnerSource Summit are required to agree with the InnerSource Commons Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. Our Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in the event, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for all.
Scholarship and Funding
For this year’s InnerSource Summit, we are unable to offer travel funding or in-person attendance scholarships. However, to support broader participation, we are providing Diversity Access Tickets for online attendance.
These tickets are designed to help individuals from underrepresented or marginalized communities join the summit virtually at no cost. You can opt in for a diversity access ticket via the Online Registration Page.
Accessibility at the Venues
Reserved Seating There will be reserved seating for attendees with accessibility needs at all summit facilities: Yokohama, Berlin, and New York. If you need any assistance during the event, please reach out to a staff member or volunteer on-site.
Venue Accessibility
The Yokohama, Berlin, and New York facilities are all wheelchair accessible. If you require any assistance on-site, please speak to a member of the summit team.
Nursing and Childcare The event facilities in Berlin and New York have a dedicated space that can be used by parents to nurse their children, but no dedicated staff for childcare. The Berlin facility also includes a recreation room. The Yokohama facility can provide a space upon request.
Attendee Pronouns
All attendee badges at the InnerSource Summit, across all locations, will include a space to add your pronouns. Sharing your pronouns is optional, but it helps create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. We kindly ask all participants to respect the pronouns others choose to share.
